I planted some tomatoes, peppers, and herbs in my front yard and last Wednesday, my first two little tomatoes appeared! This is a picture taken of them the next day - they grow up so fast!

As of this morning I counted 5 beefsteak tomatoes, and I think 6 roma tomatoes. Also, my cilantro and dill look almost ready to eat!

Yum... I like me some Romas and Cilantro. All you need now are some onions and lime and you can make some pico and/or salsa.

I don't know how well a lime tree would do in Knoxville, otherwise I'd totally want one. I love limes (and pico!)

I've thought of doing a garden in flower pots. That's about all that would work at our place! Next year maybe...

Fun!!! Maybe some day I'll have a garden... I need a real place to live first though. I think having a dill plant would be better than buying it because then you can just take off the amount you need and don't have to worry about the rest sitting in the fridge going bad....im in that boat right now, so if you know of any recipes that call for dill let me know. :)
